A good quality product purchased in the MOLICEL.EU online store can be returned within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt.
Only new goods that have no signs of use and have not been used can be returned, provided that:
- preservation of its commercial appearance and consumer characteristics;
- absence of signs of wear and contamination;
- saving labels and tags;
- the integrity, preservation and absence of damage to the factory packaging.

Send the product, the bill of lading and the completed return application form (the form enclosed in the shipment) to the sender's delivery service branch.
Notify the manager of the online store of the invoice number by phone or e-mail.
